I hope that you are keeping safe and well.
Following the government announcement to dentists on the 22nd of March and in order to try to limit the spread of the coronavirus and protect the vulnerable I have had to temporarily close the practice.
I know that you will understand and support this decision.
Consequently, until we have further guidance we have been contacting patients who have routine appointments over the next few weeks to reschedule these.
If we haven’t contacted you yet please be patient as we are contacting patients in order of the date of their appointments. I will re-open the practice as soon as we are advised that it is safe to do so.
In the meantime please don’t worry as I am available to speak to you and offer advice if you have a dental problem or you are concerned about your treatment. You can call me 07771 515431 or, alternatively, email me on email@example.com.
If you have a dental problem we have been asked to conduct telephone triage. In the first instance we are giving advice appropriate to the dental problem.
Please do not come in to the practice without telephoning us first.
Outside normal practice hours if you are a patient of this practice and require urgent dental advice please ring 01603 624012 and the answerphone will inform you how to proceed.
I aim to get the practice back to normal as soon as the restrictions are lifted.
As this is a fast-evolving situation we will continue to update clients with any developments that may affect ongoing or future care.
We thank you for your continued support and patience during this uncertain time.
